Austrian Construction Giant STRABAG Expands in Romania With Dual Technical Services Acquisition
The Austrian construction group STRABAG, through its subsidiary STRABAG Property and Facility Services, obtained regulatory clearance to acquire two Romanian technical installation firms, Brenneka Install and Samivo Instal, which together generated about €25.5 million in revenue in 2025 and employ over 230 staff.
