The unit, originally launched in 2018 as Qubiz Software Services, posted 2025 revenues of about 19 million lei (≈3.8 million EUR) and a net profit of roughly 470 k EUR. The acquisition, undisclosed in price, aims to enlarge the local team and deepen the company’s engineering capacity for sectors such as semiconductors, medical technology and analytics.
