Romanian Robotics Startup Wolf-e Systems Scales Production of Autonomous Ground Vehicles After Pandemic Pivot
Wolf-e, the first e‑scooter rental operator in Bucharest, pivoted during the pandemic to produce UV‑C disinfection robots for hospitals. Building on that expertise, the company created Wolf‑e Robotics and later Wolf‑e Systems, now focusing on modular, unmanned ground vehicles for military and civil applications, with a fourth‑generation LUP platform and plans to produce up to 100 units locally.
