Romanian Autonom Services Raises €30 Million Through Bucharest Stock Exchange Bond Listing
On 27 July 2026, Romanian company Autonom Services placed a €30 million autonomous bond (AUT31E) with a 5.97% fixed coupon on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. The issue, consisting of 300 bonds of €100,000 each, was oversubscribed by nine institutional investors and will fund the firm’s growth and sustainability plans.
