Romanian Private Jet Operator My Jet Charts Expansion with €2M Revenue and International Growth Plans

My Jet, a Romanian private aviation operator, is pursuing an aggressive expansion strategy following strong financial performance in 2025, according to newly revealed details about the company’s ownership structure and growth trajectory.

The Pitești-based firm recorded €2 million in revenue in 2025 and is now positioning itself for significant scaling. The company plans to expand its fleet from its current size to between 14 and 15 aircraft while establishing an international presence through a new office in London. Beyond the United Kingdom, My Jet intends to develop operations in Bulgaria, Greece, and Moldova, marking its first substantial push beyond Romania’s borders.

Ownership Structure Reveals Diverse Investor Base

My Jet’s capital structure reflects a mix of Romanian entrepreneurs and international investment vehicles. VMAX Project SRL holds the largest stake at 60% ownership, establishing itself as the lead investor and primary shareholder. AV Holding SRL, owned by Romanian entrepreneurs Victor Căpitanu and Andrei Diaconescu, commands 30% of the company, while ENA Engineering Solutions SRL holds the remaining 10%.

Beyond these three principal shareholders, My Jet has attracted backing from several additional investors, including Cyprus-registered Zetolia Limited, along with investment firms Anlero Capital, Altius Group, and Axell Capital One. Martin Oil Energy and Conarg SA round out the shareholder consortium, reflecting the company’s success in building a diversified financial base.

Fractional Ownership as Market Strategy

The company’s business model centers on fractional aircraft ownership, a service segment that has gained traction across Europe as high-net-worth individuals seek flexibility in aviation access. As My Jet representatives explained, “Fractional ownership gives clients the possibility to own a share of an aircraft and benefit from its use without bearing the entire investment and all associated costs.” This approach positions the company between traditional charter services and outright aircraft ownership.

The fractional ownership model has supported the company’s trajectory since its establishment in 2021, allowing it to build a client base willing to commit capital for partial aircraft stakes rather than full purchases or charter-only arrangements.

Strategic Positioning in Growing European Market

My Jet’s expansion plans reflect broader confidence in European private aviation demand. The company’s pursuit of markets in Bulgaria, Greece, and Moldova indicates a strategy focused on emerging Central and Eastern European opportunities alongside more established Western European markets. The London office establishment signals particular focus on United Kingdom operations, potentially serving as a gateway to broader Western European markets.

The company’s growth ambitions align with a wider European trend of aviation startups targeting the middle market—entrepreneurs and business professionals who value private aviation’s convenience but lack the capital for full aircraft ownership. My Jet’s investor syndicate, combining Romanian business expertise with international capital sources, positions the company to capitalize on this expanding segment as European wealth creation continues across the continent’s diverse markets.
