Cambridge-based startup Worldmodeldata has raised £7 million in seed funding led by Iona Star Capital. The company builds a database of video game-generated training data for AI systems, targeting a shortage of high-quality datasets for world models and robotics. Funds will support scaling data licensing agreements and developing a library of one million hours of training data by 2025.
