Belgian Startup Spott Raises €18.3 Million to Transform Recruitment with AI-Native Platform
Leuven‑based startup Spott, an AI‑native applicant tracking and CRM platform for recruitment agencies, closed a €18.3 million Series A round led by Balderton Capital. The funding will fuel its expansion into the US and APAC, add enterprise features and grow the engineering team, with plans to open offices in Sydney and New York. The company, founded in 2024, has already grown revenue tenfold and serves hundreds of agencies across Europe, the US and APAC.
