Dutch Sioux Technologies Completes Full Acquisition of Romanian Software Development Centre in Cluj-Napoca
Sioux Technologies, a Dutch high‑tech software group, completed the full takeover of its Romanian development centre in Cluj‑Napoca. The unit, originally launched in 2018 as Qubiz Software Services, posted 2025 revenues of about 19 million lei (≈3.8 million EUR) and a net profit of roughly 470 k EUR. The acquisition, undisclosed in price, aims to enlarge the local team and deepen the company’s engineering capacity for sectors such as semiconductors, medical technology and analytics.
