Italian deep‑tech startup Phononic Vibes raised €25 million in a growth‑stage round led by Jolt Capital, with participation from Eureka! Venture, CDP Venture Capital and Simest. The funding will be used to internationalise its patented acoustic‑metamaterial technology, broaden applications across rail, automotive and industrial sectors, and support acquisitions. Existing customers include Deutsche Bahn and Mercedes‑Benz.
