Paris‑based event‑tech scale‑up Naboo, which raised €58.7 million in a Series B led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, completed the acquisition of UK specialist pro‑ven. The deal, financed with an equal split of equity and debt, creates Naboo UK and gives the combined entity oversight of €269 million in global meetings and events spend. Naboo plans to retain pro‑ven’s 20‑person team and use the acquisition to accelerate its AI‑driven event‑management platform across the UK market.
