Limetax Secures €36 Million to Build AI-Powered German Tax and Accounting Group
Berlin‑based startup Limetax secured €36 million (including a €6 million pre‑seed round led by Motive Partners) to expand its AI‑driven platform that integrates with DATEV and automates bookkeeping, payroll and financial statements for German tax and accounting firms. The funding will be used to consolidate the market, scale the platform across more partner firms and further develop its agentic AI technology.
