Vista Bank Completes Acquisition of Bucharest-Based Brokerage Firm Investimental
Vista Bank, a Romanian bank owned by the Greek Vardinogiannis group, finalized the purchase of Investimental, one of Romania’s largest brokerage firms launched in 2022. The deal integrates Investimental into Vista Bank’s financial ecosystem, expanding its range of banking and investment services across Romania, Europe and the US.
