Baltic Ticketing Group PLG Acquires Romanian Platform iaBilet in Rapid Growth Play

Polish‑owned Baltic ticketing group PLG is acquiring Romanian ticketing startup iaBilet, which was previously bought majority‑owned by Polish fund Resource Partners eight months earlier. The founders will stay on board as PLG expands its ticketing technology in the region.
