Romanian mattress retailer Dormeo Home SRL was fined €2,000 by the National Authority for the Supervision of Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) after an investigation found the company continued to send marketing SMS and phone calls despite a consumer exercising their right to object, violating GDPR provisions.
