Romanian startup Declaro launches accounting SaaS platform with €1 million seed funding
Declaro, a new Romanian SaaS platform for small‑business accounting, has been launched with roughly €1 million of seed funding from its founders and private investors. The solution automates invoicing, e‑invoicing, bank transactions and financial reporting, aiming to serve around 200 customers now and reach 1,000 within a year.
