STRABAG Strengthens Romania Operations with DAROCONSTRUCT Acquisition
DAROCONSTRUCT SRL, a Romanian construction company based in Iasi, has been acquired by STRABAG, an Austrian construction group. The acquisition aims to strengthen STRABAG’s regional presence and leverage DAROCONSTRUCT’s local expertise and client relationships. The transaction is expected to finalize in late 2026 after regulatory approvals.
