Copenhagen PropTech Startup Cortas Raises €1.47 Million to Reshape Property Management Market
Copenhagen‑based PropTech startup Cortas, which aims to unify property‑management services and software under one roof, closed a €1.47 million pre‑Seed round led by PSV Tech, with participation from JRNY Capital, EIFO and several seasoned entrepreneurs. The funding will be used to further develop its AI‑native platform, grow the team and acquire early property‑investor customers in Denmark.
