Clever Media Network to acquire Doğan Media’s Romanian assets in major consolidation move
Romanian media group Clever Media Network announced the signing of an acquisition agreement to buy the Turkish‑owned Kanal D TV channel, Kanal D2, Radio Impuls and the digital media division from Doğan Media International, expanding its portfolio of TV channels and online properties in Romania.
