Romanian proptech startup acquires parking spaces at significant premium in Bucharest deal

CFG Prime United Properties, a Romanian property investment startup founded in 2021 and controlled by Francesco‑Gabriel Cheianu and Maria‑Alexandra Cheianu, bought two 15‑square‑metre underground parking spots from the insolvent Nordis Management for €100,000 plus VAT, more than double their assessed value. The deal highlights the rapid growth of the company’s assets, which rose from €250k in 2023 to over €10.7 million in 2025, while reporting €133k revenue and €89k net profit in 2025 with only two employees.
