Hypefy AI, a Croatian artificial intelligence platform specializing in influencer marketing automation, has completed a $7.2 million Series A funding round led by AYMO Ventures. The financing round also included participation from Interactive Venture Partners, Oktogon Ventures, Euroventures, Fil Rouge Capital, and angel investor Dražen Pehar.
The fresh capital brings Hypefy AI’s total funding to $8.95 million, positioning the company for accelerated growth across multiple continents. According to the company, the funds will be directed toward product development, international market expansion, and team building across Europe, the United States, and other strategic markets.
Automating Campaign Management
Hypefy AI has developed a platform designed to streamline the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns. The system handles multiple operational elements, including creator discovery, outreach coordination, and comprehensive performance tracking. The platform’s core proposition centers on reducing manual workload while maintaining brand control over strategic decisions.
Stjepan Zelić, CEO and co-founder of Hypefy AI, articulated this approach in a statement about the platform’s philosophy: “We built Hypefy so a brand can describe what it wants to achieve, stay in control of the key decisions, and let AI manage everything operational.”
This positioning reflects a broader trend in martech, where artificial intelligence is increasingly deployed to handle repetitive, data-intensive tasks while preserving human oversight of key strategic elements.
Market Context and Expansion Plans
The influencer marketing sector has experienced significant growth over recent years, with brands seeking more efficient ways to identify suitable creators and manage complex campaigns involving multiple partners. Hypefy AI’s automation approach addresses pain points that marketing teams commonly encounter when coordinating with numerous influencers simultaneously.
The company’s decision to secure Series A funding signals investor confidence in both the Croatian team’s execution capabilities and the market opportunity for AI-driven campaign automation. AYMO Ventures’ leadership of the round underscores growing interest from institutional investors in early-stage European AI companies addressing specific vertical markets.
Broader European Startup Momentum
Hypefy AI’s funding reflects continued momentum in Central and Eastern European technology ecosystems, particularly in the AI and SaaS sectors. Croatian startups have increasingly attracted international venture capital attention in recent years, with the country establishing itself as a source of technical talent and innovative approaches to specific business problems.
The company’s ability to attract investors from across Europe—including venture firms from Germany, the Nordics, and the broader region—demonstrates the interconnected nature of European startup funding networks. As Hypefy AI pursues expansion into US and other international markets, it joins a growing cohort of European AI startups scaling beyond their home regions with backing from established venture investors.
