Birmingham-based StudyStash acquired by Kortext in strategic edtech deal
StudyStash, an AI‑driven adaptive learning platform founded by University of Birmingham alumni, has been acquired by UK‑based edtech leader Kortext. The deal, terms undisclosed, adds the platform to Kortext’s portfolio and expands its AI strategy across Europe, North America and other markets. StudyStash will continue operating as a distinct brand with its founders remaining in leadership roles, while the team relocates to Silicon Valley to grow its US presence.
