Spherison, an Italian neuroscience startup that commercialises a patented “esanaurale” binaural‑beat technology for neuro‑wellness, has closed a €500k seed round (after a €150k pre‑seed from Federico Faggin). The capital will support medical‑device certification, U.S. market entry and further scaling. The company already has about 100 installations across Italy and Switzerland and is conducting clinical studies with several universities and hospitals.
