Spanish tech firm Secture, which focuses on technology and digital product development, completed the acquisition of Bisiesto, a specialist in digital experience design, e‑commerce and conversion optimisation. The deal strengthens Secture’s growth plan, which also includes the 2025 integration of the strategic branding and visual design studio Relajaelcoco.
