Novadip Biosciences, a Belgian late‑stage biotech focused on regenerative bone therapies, raised €10.4 million in a convertible financing round led by New Science Ventures. The funds will support a pivotal Phase 3 trial of its autologous graft NVD003 and enable the company to draw on an €18 million EIB loan tranche, advancing regulatory filings and future commercial plans.
