French Microalgae Protein Startup Edonia Secures €15 Million in Series A Funding
French FoodTech startup Edonia, which produces microalgae‑based ready‑to‑eat protein ingredients, closed a €15 million round led by SWEN Blue Ocean 2, Asterion Ventures, EIT Food and Bpifrance. The funding will be used to scale production and broaden its commercial footprint in Europe, Japan and the United States.
