Swedish Foodtech Startup Millow Raises €2 Million to Scale Mycelium Protein Production
Swedish foodtech startup Millow, founded in 2020 in Gothenburg, secured €2 million in a funding round led by angel investor Magnus Emilson, with Vitamin Well co‑founder Jan Enhager joining as investor and strategic adviser. The capital will be used to increase production capacity of its low‑water mycelium protein ingredient and strengthen its commercial team to target Nordic foodservice customers.
