Latvian fintech Handwave announced an expanded partnership with Visa that will integrate Visa’s tokenisation and fraud‑prevention tools into Handwave’s palm‑recognition payment platform, paving the way for biometric card onboarding and payments to be launched first in the Baltics and then across Europe.
