Spire Capital Partners backs Krakow-based GoPOS to consolidate Poland’s fragmented HoReCa tech market
Polish private‑equity fund Spire Capital Partners has taken a significant minority stake in GoPOS, a Krakow‑based provider of point‑of‑sale solutions for the hospitality sector. The investment is intended to trigger consolidation of the highly fragmented HoReCa tech market in Poland and support GoPOS’s growth into other European markets.
