Swiss-Italian Biotech Startup Ferm Labs Raises €3 Million to Scale Clean-Label Flavour Platform
Swiss‑Italian startup Ferm Labs, founded in 2025 and based in Zug with production in Bolzano, raised €3 million led by CDP Venture Capital to scale its deep‑tech bioprocessing platform that creates clean‑label flavour ingredients. The capital will be used to boost manufacturing capacity, hire sales and R&D staff, and support European expansion.
