Dutch Regulator Blocks KPN Joint Venture’s Acquisition of Delta Fiber Nederland Networks

The Dutch Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) has prohibited the acquisition of part of Delta Fiber Nederland’s fiber-optic networks by Glaspoort, a joint venture between KPN and APG.
