Dutch Media Outlet VPRO Becomes First in Netherlands to Deploy C2PA Digital Signatures in Editorial Workflow
In a pilot project, Dawn Technology and Media Campus NL created the open‑source verification service Verifieermij.nl, which checks C2PA provenance data embedded in digital images. The VPRO is the first Dutch media outlet to integrate this digital signature into its workflow, and the tool’s code has been released on GitHub for other organisations to test and adapt.
