SatRev S.A., a Wrocław-based space technology company, has demonstrated the operational performance of its Earth observation satellite by completing an extensive imaging campaign that covered more than one million square kilometres of the planet’s surface.
The achievement stems from the performance of SatRev’s SN-10 BlueBON satellite, which operated over a 16-month period while collecting continuous imagery data. The mission generated approximately 450 gigabytes of image data, providing concrete evidence of the satellite’s capacity to deliver consistent results in orbit.
Proving the Raccoon Platform
The satellite was constructed using SatRev’s proprietary Raccoon platform, a custom-designed system that forms the foundation of the company’s space technology offerings.
