The financial backing arrives as Iride Acque simultaneously completes the acquisition of Bieffe Costruzioni, a firm specializing in the construction and maintenance of plants for multiutility companies.
The investment represents a deliberate step toward building a vertically integrated industrial group capable of delivering comprehensive water treatment solutions. Iride Acque has moved swiftly on this consolidation strategy, having previously acquired Biemme Engineering in 2023 and now expanding its portfolio with Bieffe Costruzioni. Together, these acquisitions position the company to offer design, installation, maintenance, and remote management services across the entire water treatment value chain.
