Italian Home Linen Brand Dalfilo Secures €2 Million to Expand Product Lines and European Footprint

Dalfilo, an Italian direct-to-consumer home textiles brand, has completed a €2 million capital increase involving ten new investors to accelerate its expansion across Europe and develop new product categories. The round includes participation from 035 Investimenti, marking a significant milestone for the Bergamo-based company founded in 2020.

The company plans to deploy the fresh capital across multiple strategic initiatives. Dalfilo will develop new product lines including kids’ collections, sportswear and loungewear offerings, broadening its current focus on premium home linens. Geographically, the company intends to strengthen its presence in established markets including Germany, Switzerland and Austria, while simultaneously entering Spain, the United Kingdom and France.

Operationally, Dalfilo will expand its retail store network and invest substantially in technology infrastructure. A significant portion of the funding will support the integration of artificial intelligence across operations, alongside upgrades to supply chain management and data infrastructure systems.

Strong Commercial Foundations

Since its 2020 launch, Dalfilo has established considerable traction in the home textiles market. The company has sold over 500,000 items and built a customer base exceeding 150,000 individuals. Management has set ambitious targets, aiming for annual growth between 20-30 percent while maintaining its position in the increasingly competitive European home goods sector.

Davide Trabucchi, Chief Executive of Dalfilo, commented on the company’s trajectory: “In recent years we have built solid foundations not only commercially but also operationally and financially. Today Dalfilo is a brand with a loyal customer base, a scalable structure and a clear vision for the future. We strongly believe in the integration of digital and physical experiences and want to continue building a brand that accompanies people in everyday moments, keeping quality, research and authenticity at the core.”

Textile Heritage Meets Digital Innovation

The investment reflects broader trends within the European consumer goods sector, where established manufacturing regions are combining heritage craftsmanship with modern direct-to-consumer strategies. Bergamo’s historical significance in textile production provides Dalfilo with local supply chain advantages, while the company’s digital-first approach enables efficient customer acquisition and brand building across multiple European markets.

The focus on omnichannel expansion—combining e-commerce with physical retail locations—signals Dalfilo’s recognition that European consumers increasingly expect seamless shopping experiences across channels. The integration of artificial intelligence into operations suggests the company is preparing for data-driven personalization and operational efficiency improvements.

This funding round demonstrates continued investor confidence in European consumer brands that combine quality manufacturing with scalable business models. As legacy textile regions modernize their approaches, companies like Dalfilo exemplify how regional manufacturing expertise can support contemporary consumer brands competing in the broader European marketplace.
